Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the E-Admit cards for the Civil Services (CS) Pre Examination 2016 on 1st July. Candidates who are participating in the (Preliminary) exam can download the crucial document from UPSC’s official website which is //www.upsc.gov.in/
The Civil Services Exam is conducted by the UPSC for recruitment of graduates from all fields to the Civil Services covering 25 different services under the Government of India. There are three stages in this exam. These include the Preliminary Exam, Main Exam followed by a personality test or Interview.
UPSC is gearing up to hold the prelims on August 07 in various cities across the country. The latest news is that the Civil Services Preliminary E-Admit Cards have been uploaded on 01 Jul. 16 at the official website-www.upsc.gov.in.
Procedure to Download e-Admit Card 2015:
• Log on to the UPSC’s official website at http://www.upsc.gov.in/
• Click the link, titled “e-Admit Card- Civil Service (Pre) Examination, 2016”
• A page with Important Instructions pertaining to the exam and the e-Admit Card will appear on screen
• Click on Yes button.
• Next punch in either name, registration no. or your roll number and enter the details, as instructed
• Submit the details and UPSC Civil Service (Pre) Exam 2016 admit card will appear on the screen
• Save your admit card and take a printout of it for the upcoming exam.

The candidates should keep in mind that the Commission will not send UPSC Civil Services Prelims e-Admit Card 2016 by post.
Aspirants who crack the prelim exam are legible to appear for the Civil Services Mains written examination. After clearing the Mains, they will have to undergo a Personal Interview which makes up a final result.
