When it comes to the result of Combined Higher Secondary Examination (CHSL) conducted by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) last year uncertainty persists!

The Commission was to announce the results of SSC CHSL 2015-2016 examination on July 22 and had also issued an official notification pertaining to the same on their main web portal @ ssc.nic.in.

SSC successfully organized the CHSL written exam in four phases on 1st November, 15th November, 6th December & 20 December (All Sundays) at various centers across the nation.

SSC had earlier issued an employment notification for selection of 6578 posts of Sorting Assistant, Postal Assistant, Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC) vacancies on its main portal.

Aspirants applied in large numbers for this recruitment drive. The exams were held in two sessions (morning (10:00 am to 12:00 pm) and evening session (02:00 pm to 04:00 pm). The 120-minute exam (4 sets of paper codes) comprised of objective type questions for a total 200 marks.

Candidates who took the 4-phase exams between November & December 2015 are anxious to know their verdict, but 7 months have passed and there is no sign of the result.

As per sources, the results for the awaited SSC CHSL 2016 is likely to be delayed by few days. Speculation is rife that the SSC CHSL 2016 result may be declared sometime in the first week of August.
