The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the results of its Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-I Exam 2016 today i.e. November 8, 2016.
The exam was successfully conducted between August 27 and September 11, 2016. An estimated 14.99 candidates took the test in 415 centres in 96 cities across the country.
However, due to administrative reasons, a re-examination was conducted for candidates who had appeared in the second shift (Batch-II) held on August 27. The re-exam was conducted on October 27, 2016.

How to Check SSC CGL Tier-I Results 2016
- Log on to the official website of the commission www.ssc.nic.in
- Click on the link ‘Results’ appearing on the top panel of the screen.
- Click on the link ‘CGL’ appearing on the top panel of the screen.
- Click on the link ‘SSC CGL Tier-I Results 2016’. The link will be active and available once the results are declared.
- A file containing the names of the successful candidates will appear on the screen.
- Search for your name and roll number.
- Download the file for future reference.
Candidates who successfully clear the CGL Tier-I exam 2016 will be eligible for Tier-II examination scheduled for November 30 and December 2, 2016.
