The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit card for the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2015.

The CBSE NET December 2015 admit card is now available online and can be downloaded from the official website which is http://cbsenet.nic.in/

Online application process for the CBSE NET began from 1st October 2015. The exam will be held on 27th December 2015 (Sunday) in 83 subjects across 88 centers across the nation.

CBSE conducts NET twice a year on behalf of University Grant Commission at various centres across the country to select candidates for the role of Assistant Professor/Lecturer and for Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) in Indian Universities and Colleges.

The UGC NET is divided into three Papers: The first paper tests the teaching and researching abilities of the candidate. With total 100 marks Paper I has 50 questions out of 60 are to be attempted.

The second paper is based on the individual chosen subject and is of total 100 marks with 50 questions and all are compulsory. The third and last paper is again based on the individual subject but goes more into the depth of the subject. It has a total 150 marks with 75 questions which are all compulsory.

Candidates who have registered for the exam can now download CBSE UGC NET Dec 2015 admit cards from the CBSE NET’s official web portal cbsenet.nic.in by using application number and password.

Procedure to generate UGC NET Dec 2015 admit card:

  • Visit the official website cbsenet.nic.in
    • Search for “Login for Admit Card” box on the homepage and click on it
    • Punch in your login details
    • Next enter your applicant number & Password and hit Login button.
    • Your UGC NET 2015 Dec Admit Card will flash on monitor
    • Save a soft copy UGC NET 2015 Admit Card and take a print out of it for the upcoming exam

Admit Card is a crucial document for applicants who have registered for the UGC NET Dec exam as it contains vital details like candidate’s name, exam venue, roll number, room number etc. Candidates without their Admit Card will not be allowed by to enter the hall or take the exam.
