Here’s an important update for all the aspirants who are waiting impatiently to participate in the UPSSSC VDO Exam 2015. The UPSSC VDO Exam 2015 which was going to be held on 10th January 2016 has been postponed once again!
Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) which was scheduled going to be conducted on 10th January 2016!
The Commission had released an official notification in June 2015 inviting interested and eligible candidates to apply for 3587 Gram Panchayat Adhikari or Village Development Officer (VDO) vacancies. Aspirants applied in large numbers for this recruitment drive till 13 July 2015.
The selection of the same is on the basis of a written exam (80 Marks) and personal interview (20 Marks).
The Commission was initially organizing the written exam for the selection of VDO posts on 27 December 2015 but was later pushed to 10 January 2016. The latest news is that the written exam for VDO recruitment has been shelved until further notice. The new date of the same will be uploaded on the official website which is http://upsssc.gov.in/shortly
