Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore has released the admit cards for its upcoming Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2016 on 29 December 2015. The GATE 2016 Admit Card/Hall Ticket is now available online and can be accessed by visiting the official website.
GATE scores help aspirants desiring admission to post-graduate engineering programmes in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITS) and Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (IISc). The GATE scores are also taken into consideration by some public and private sector undertakings for employment purpose.
Candidates who have registered for the prestigious exam can download the crucial document from the main web portal which is www.gate.iisc.ernet.in.
The entrance is scheduled to be held from 30th January to 7th February 2016. The first phase of the examination will be held on 30th and 31st January, 2016 and the second phase on 6th and 7th February, 2016.
Tips to download GATE 2016 Admit Card:
Log on to the official website of the institutewww.gate.iisc.ernet.in.
Navigate to the GOAPS (GATE Online Application Processing System) link
Punch in your enrollment ID and GOAPS Password to log into the applicant’s interface.
Submit the entered data
Admit Card for GATE 2016 will appear on the screen.
Download the same and take a print out of the document for the upcoming exam
