Good news for candidates who took the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) 2015 Common Written Examination (CWE) for recruitment of officers and office assistants in Regional Rural Banks (RRB) in September! The IBPS RRB Final Result 2015 has been declared.
The IBPS CWE RRB IV final results is on the basis of performance of candidates in Common Written Examination and the Personal Interview conducted by participating RRBs.
The participants who are anxiously waiting for their final verdict can check their qualifying status at IBPS website www.ibps.in
IBPS RRB exam is touted as an important examination for the candidates wanting to make their career in the banking sector. Nearly 56 regional rural banks will be using the CWE for the recruitment of Group A officers and Group B Office Assistants.
IBPS conducts a CWE to recruit Officers / Office Assistants for RRBs in the month of September/October in every year. This year, the CWE-IV Group “A” Officers (Scale -I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose) was conducted online by the institute in September 2015. The CWE-IV for RRB Officers was held on 6th and 7th September 2015 and that for Assistants was organised on 13.09.2015, 14.09.2015, 20.09.2015, 21.09.2015.
Candidates who cracked the written exam proceeded to the next phase, which is the interview session. Total marks allotted for interview were 100 and the minimum qualifying marks not less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates). The weightage (ratio) of the CWE and interview is 70:30. The latest news is that the merit list calculated on the basis of marks obtained in CWE for RRB-IV and Interview has been processed and the final Result announced on 2nd Jan 2016.
