Candidates waiting anxiously for their UPTET 2016 verdict can breathe easy! The result for the UP TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) that was held on February 02 2016 at various districts across the state has been announced by the Basic Education council of Uttar Pradesh.
The UPTET 2016 result is now available online. Candidates who have participated in the exam can check their qualifying status and assess their scores from the official website upbasiceduboard.gov.in.
UPTET is a mandatory qualification for individuals aspiring to be teachers in any of the government schools of the state after completing B.Ed. / BTC.
UPTET Exam (Duration 2 hours 30 Minutes) was successfully held on 02 February 2016 in two sessions. Candidates wanting to teach classes I to V took Paper I while those wishing to become teachers of classes VI to VIII appeared for Paper II.
The exam paper had objective type, multiple choice questions. For every correct answer, the candidates will get one mark. Negative marking is not applicable for any wrong answer.

• Enter the required details such as registration number & DOB
• Submit the entered data
• Your result will flash on the screen
• Save it and take out a hard copy for future reference
