Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the result for Junior Engineer (JE) Exam on 5th May 2016. The SSC JE Result 2016 are now available on the official website which is http://ssc.nic.in/
Candidates who participated in this recruitment drive can download the result to check their qualifying status in the exam.
Names of candidates who have qualified for paper2 are available in PDF format.
SSC had issued a recruitment notification for 1000 Junior Engineer (Civil & Electrical) posts in Central Public Works Department (CPWD), ) in Military Engineering Service (MES), in Central Water Commission (CWC), Border Roads Organisation (BRO) and other departments.
Selection of candidates is on the basis of total marks in the written examination & personal interview round.
Exam Pattern:
• The written test consisted of two papers.
• PAPER-I (200 marks): Objective Type
• Paper-II (300 marks): Conventional type.
• Time duration for each paper was 02:00 hours separately.
SSC successfully conducted JE paper 1 on 31st Jan 2016. The latest news is that the result for the same has been declared and can be accessed at the official web portal.

Marks of the qualified/non-qualified candidates, OMR Sheets and Final Answer Keys will be uploaded by 10th May, 2016.
Paper 2 Exam will be held on 24 July 2016.
