- Log on to the official website of the board http://mpresults.nic.in/
- Click on the link ‘HSSC (class 12th) Results 2016’. The link will be available and active once the results are released.
- Enter the Roll number and other required details and submit the information.
- The results card will appear on the screen.
- Download it and take a print out of the same.
