The result of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) 1st round of counselling has been released today, June 25, 2016.

The WBJEE was successfully conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) on May 17 across the state of Bengal, Assam and Tripura. As per sources a total of 1, 06, 888 had appeared for the prestigious entrance exam.
The result of WBJEE was declared on 5th June and counselling began from 15th June and ended on June 19, 2016.
The process of choice filling for the colleges commenced on June 20, 2016 and the last date to freeze the options was June 22, 2016. The aspirants are now waiting for the 1st round seat allotment.
The latest news is that the first round seat allotment is now available and can be accessed at the authorized web portal.
Steps to Check WBJEE 1st Round Seat Allotment 2016:
• Visit the official website of Board Of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board
• Hit the login button
• Enter all your details like your registration number and password in the provided fields and login to your account
• Click on the login button
• Then click on the link displaying Allotment order
• The allotment order will be displayed on the screen
• Check your details and take a printout of the page

Candidates who are not satisfied by the seat allotted in the 1st round can try in the second or third round, following the guidelines. The second round allotment result is to be announced on July 4.
