Heartening news for candidates who are waiting on edge for their verdict in the SBI PO Pre exam 2016! The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the preliminary exam result for recruitment to Probationary Officers (PO) today (17 July 2016).
The SBI Prelims PO exam result is available online and can be accessed at the official web portal.
Aspirants who have participated in the Pre exam can check their qualifying status on the authorised web portal which is www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in
SBI is in the process of recruiting 2428 PO posts for the year 2016. A large number of candidates have applied for this recruitment drive.
The Exam will be held in three phases. The Prelims followed by the Main Exam (phase 2) and then the 3rd phase of recruitment GD/PI. The final selection will be on the basis of performance in phase 2 & 3. Pre exam is qualifying in nature and its marks will not be included in the final merit list.
The main examination will be conducted on 31st July. Eligible candidates can download their call letter for Online Main exam from 21st July 2016. The result for the mains will be declared on 16 August.
