Apple maybe ready for the small 4” A8 chip iPhone
Get ready to welcome Apple’s next offering. Reports are saying that the Smartphone has an A8 chip and is an upgraded version of iPhone 5S (not the iPhone 5C). The device has been improved in a few quarters, especially the hardware area and the company is all geared up and is planning on bringing back a 4” iPhone for the expectant Apple lovers.
Get ready for the “iPhone 5S Mark II” with the 64 bit A8 chip, say reliable sources. Apple has already dabbled with the A8 chip in the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, and now plans the same for its small smart phone. The gadget will boast of an enhanced and better Face time HD camera that will have an aperture of f/2.2. The 4 inch model from Apple has connectivity options like “802.11 ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1”.
This is Apple’s way of answering competition from the makers who have devices more than 4 inches in the market, though the user will definitely miss the 3D touch technology that can be experienced in both 6S and 6S plus but not this “little one”.
We may get to see the new device in the beginning of 2016, as the products are ready for production. Soon you may see just the metal bodies of the smart phone and plastic bodies may be passé for Apple, say reports. The news doing the rounds say that Apple may have zeroed in on Foxconn, to help develop the 4-inch gadget and by mid 2016 plans to get ready to ship about 20-30 million units underway.
