The Food Corporation of India (FCI) is in the process of conducting a written exam for filing up 4318 posts of Junior Engineer (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical), Typist & Assistant Grade II & III on various dates in the upcoming months.
The written examination is for the recruitment process in all five zones- North Zone, South Zone, East Zone, West Zone & North-East Zone. Candidates in large numbers have submitted online applications between 16 February 2015 – 17 March 2015 for the above exam through official websites of FCI at- www.fcijobsportal.com or www.fciweb.nic.in.
Zone-wise Exam Date 2015 for (FCI Asst. Grade II & III, JE & Typist):
West Zone – 12.07.2015
North-East Zone – 12.07.2015
North Zone – 04.10.2015
South Zone – 02.08.2015
East Zone – 06.09.2015
The selection procedure is on the basis of a written exam and interview. The FCI is currently in the process of releasing admit cards/hall tickets for the written exam. The latest news is that the corporation has activated the FCI Admit Card downloading link for East Zone. The exam is scheduled for 6 September 2015.

The FCI is likely to release Admit Cards for the remaining zone (North) at least 15 days prior to examination date (4th October 2015). The tentative dates for the release of FCI Admit Card 2015 for North is around 15th September.
