Aamir Khan is scouting the streets of Ludhiana since Sunday. The Bollywood star reached Ludhiana yesterday and checked into a high end hotel for his stay during the shoot of his upcoming movie. The superstar is all geared up for the shooting in the Ludhiana villages for his latest venture Dangal and will be busy for a couple of months in the area.
The suave star was smiling when he checked into his Ludhiana hotel and went on to click some personal pictures with the hotel visitors. He was excited for the Selfie time with his ardent fans and the guests were thrilled that they had managed a few shots with Aamir. Sounds of the dhol and bhangra dancers rang out to welcome the star, who was dressed casually in pyjamas and a blue kurta, as he walked into the hotel.
Aamir stepped out of a black Mercedes holding the controversial book 
in his hands. A source close to the star confirmed that Aamir was to stay in the town for a prolonged time, almost two months, and since the stay in Ludhiana and shoot schedule is a long one, the car has been brought along from Mumbai. That’s called stylish travel, Mr Khan.
The star will be shooting in different areas like Gujjarwal, Narangwal and Kila Raipur for his upcoming movie Dangal. The art designing teams had arrived in the area way back in June and had started to create the typical look for the film with the help of the localites. Total transformations of the villages have been planned by the teams and for this they had employed local laborers, artists and carpenters.
Aamir will be taking a proper tour of the area to see the work done, before he commences shooting. The Ludhiana villages have been splashed with the Haryanvi look specially, because the movie is based on the life of Mahavir Singh Phogat, the wrestler from Haryana.
