Selection Staff Commission (SSC) had issued a recruitment notification for filling up 62390 posts of constable (GD) in as Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Assam Rifles (AR) and Central Armed Police Force (CAPF).
Candidates applied in large numbers for this recruitment drive. The selection of candidates will be via three stages namely the Physical Standard Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination and Medical Examination.
SSC had successfully conducted the PET/PST in May/June at centres determined by the Commission in consultation with the CAPFs. Aspirants who participated in the PST/PET are now gearing up the main exam for Constable (GD) in BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, NIA and SSF and Rifleman in Assam Rifles on 4th October 2015.
