UPSC NDA/NA (2) Exam 2016: Apply Online Now!
A great prospect for candidates who wants to pursue their career in Indian defence services! Union Public Service of Commission (UPSC) has invited online applications for candidates to participate in the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (2), 2016.
The entrance exam is mandatory to get admission into 100th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) and into Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 138th Course commencing from 02-07-2017.
Interested candidates who fulfil the required eligibility criteria can apply online from 18 June 2016 to 15 July 2016 for this recruitment drive through UPSC’s website http://www.upsc.gov.in/.
Only unmarried Male Candidates are eligible to apply for this notification. No other mode of application will be accepted.
The exam is scheduled for 18 September 2016 at (Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Bareilly, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dharwad, Dispur, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Jorhat, Kochi, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji (Goa), Patna, Port Blair, Raipur, Ranchi, Sambalpur, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Udaipur and Vishakhapatnam).

Age Limit:
Applicants should be born before 02 January 1998 and not after 01 January 2001.
Educational Qualification Required:
Aspirants should be Class 12th or 10+2 10+2/ equivalent pass outs with Math &Physics from any recognized State Board in India.
Selection Procedure:
The examination will be conducted in two stages: (1) The Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test, (2) document verification stage. Based on their performances in the Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test, the candidates will be shortlisted for the second stage. This includes Personality Test and Intelligence Test and SSB Interview during which they are required to submit the original Certificates along with the photocopy of required documents.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay an application fee of amount Rs.100/ either by depositing the money in any of State Bank of India branches or remitting the same amount through Internet Banking.
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PH categories and Wards of serving/ ex-Junior Commissioned Officers/ Non-Commissioned Officers/ Other Ranks of Army and equivalent ranks in the Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force are exempted from application fees.
