The D-Day for thousands of aspirants who have taken the KEA PGCET 2016 (Post-Graduate common entrance test) has finally arrived!
Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially released a notification that the PGCET 2016 Result is going to be released today! Yes! The KEA PGCET 2016 result will be declared on 17th July 2016 (Sunday) after 5 PM.
Students who have taken the exam can check their qualifying status from the main web portal @ kea.kar.nic.in after its declaration.
The KEA PGCET results were expected on 15th July but they were delayed.
KEA PGCET 2015 was successfully conducted for admission to various postgraduate programs (MBA, MCA, ME / MTech / M. Arch) for the academic session 2016-2017 to different institutes in the state on 2nd and 3rd July 2016.
More than 20 thousand seats are being offered for admission to this year’s academic session in around 130 colleges under government and management quota.
The authorities uploaded the provisional PGCET answer key on the main website on 6th July within three days of the completion of the test. The final keys will be displayed along with the result on 17 Jul. 16.
Tips to download KEA PGCET 2016 Result:
• Log on to the official website of the board kea.kar.nic.in
• Click on the link ‘PGCET 2016’ appearing on the right panel of the screen.
• Click on the link ‘Result’
• Next download the relevant course in PDF format
• Search for your roll number to check your qualifying status.
The counselling schedule and the admission process will be notified next week. Only the candidates who have cracked the PGCET entrance exam will be eligible for counselling. The allocation of seats will be strictly on the basis of candidates’ rank in the entrance test.
