The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) successfully organized the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) Phase 2 exam 2016 on 24 July.
CBSE will release the official answer key of NEET 2016 Phase 1 and 2 from August 7 to 9. Candidates who have participated in the entrance exam can check the answer key on the official website @ http://aipmt.nic.in/aipmt/Welcome.aspx after they are released.
NEET is being conducted today across the major cities of the country for admissions to medical and dental courses offered at all private institutions across the country in place of AIPMT (All India Pre-Medical Test) 2016. The 1st phase of the exam was held on May 1st, 2016 and the 2nd phase was held today (24 July)
The test comprised of three subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). The Biology section (Botany & Zoology) consisted of 90 questions and the Physics and Chemistry section consisted of 45 questions each. Each question carries 4 marks and negative marking is applicable.
After the completion of the exam, all eyes of examinees are turned towards the answer keys. The official Answer Keys of NEET 2 will be released soon. Meanwhile, question paper and unofficial solutions have been released by some private coaching centers. The tentative solutions are now available online.
