Some important updates for all the aspirants who have registered for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2016.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has uploaded Practice Test for Computer Based Combined Graduate Level Examination 2016. Interested candidates can take the free SSC CGL Tier 1 Mock Test from the link given below: http://www.thepracticetest.in/SSC/

SSC Eastern Region, KKR, SR, NER has uploaded List of Eligible/ Rejected Candidates for CGL 2016 Tier 1 Exam & SSC WR has uploaded Online Exam Centres List.

SSC CGL exam pattern has undergone a change and now contains 4 stages in total (Tier I, Tier II, Tier-III and Tier IV). The SSC CGL Tier I &Tier II examination are both online. SSC CGL Tier III is newly introduced and descriptive will be conducted in paper & pen mode. The final stage involves (CPT/DEST) after which candidates proceed towards the final selection of the post.

The Commission is now gearing up to hold SSC CGL Tier 1 exam from 27 August to 11 September 2016 in 2-3 batches per day. The CGL Exam Tier 2 is scheduled for November whereas the remaining two Tiers will be held simultaneously in the month of January 2017.

Coming to the issuance of the SSC CGL Tier 1 Admit Card 2016, the Commission will start releasing them region-wise from August 10 onwards. Aspirants can download the document from their respective regional websites once they are issued.
