Good news for the candidates waiting on tenterhooks for SBI PO Main Exam Result 2015! State Bank
of India (SBI) has declared the main exam result for 2393 Probationary Officer (PO) posts today (24th
August 2015).
SBI PO Main result 2015 along with the list of selected candidates is available on the official website.
SBI is in the process of holding a three phase recruitment exam consisting of Pre, Main and GD /
interview for filling up 2393 PO posts. A huge number of aspirants seeking a career in banking have
applied for this recruitment drive.
The Preliminary Exam was successfully conducted in June, 2015 and the result of the same was
released on 9th July 2015. The Main examination was subsequently held on 26 July 2015. After the
successful completion of the Mains, candidates who participated in the same are waiting eagerly for
their verdict.
The latest news is that the bank has completed the final phase of evaluating the SBI PO Main exam
papers and declared the result. Aspirants who took the Mains can check their qualifying status on
the SBI’s authorized portal http://www.sbi.co.in/ by entering their personal details.

Candidates who clear the Main written exam will proceed to the 3rd phase (Group Discussion and
Interview) which will commence from 07-09-2015. They can download Call-Letter for GD-cum-
Interview and Bio-Data Form from 28-08-2015 onwards at the Bank’s website www.sbi.co.in or
Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Mains & GD/ Interview taken together. Pre exam marks will not be included for final list.
