Influenced by terrorist groups! U.K. PM may block passports of teens
Prime Minister David Cameron has plans to block the passports of the teenagers who are showing a bent towards terrorism. In UK, parents were petrified that their young teenage children falling in the age group of 16-17 years may get predisposed towards anti-social elements like terrorists, and travel towards Iraq or Syria to join the terrorist groups. Britain’s Prime Minister has announced that the parents can apply to the authorities to get the teenagers passports removed.
Calling the ordeal of fighting against the Islamist terrorist the “struggle of our generation” and defeating them as their main motive, Prime Minister David Cameron, will show his full support over stopping the young Britons who are getting deeply influenced by the radical ideology of the Islamic State.
The young teens were being lured by these anti-social groups and they showed a predisposition to join the terrorist groups busy at war in the Middle East countries. Briton’s Prime Minister in extracts from his speech plans to state that “The government’s new ‘Counter-Extremism Strategy’ is a clear signal of the choice we have made to take on this poisonous ideology with resolve, determination and the goal of building a greater Britain. And a key part of this new approach is going further to protect children and vulnerable people from the risk of radicalisation by empowering parents and public institutions with all the advice, tools and practical support they need.”
It has been noticed that a large number of young British teenagers were noticed heading off to Syria and Iraq, the two Islamic states with turmoil, in the last one year. The total terrorism related arrests were almost 338 and out of these 157 had a connection with Syria and almost 56 of them were under 20 years of age, said the Police figures.
David Cameron, Briton’s Prime Minister, will also emphasize that anyone whoever shows a bent for terrorist activity or a passion for terrorist offenses will be forbidden from interacting and working with people and children who can be easily influenced.
