No more tanning

Are you also annoyed boy your tanned skin then keep on reading.

Do you easily tan when exposed to the sun for even a short period? If so, keep reading because I’ve listed some of the best and easiest ways to avoid tanning while still having a good time in the sun.

Lto et us first examine why tanning occurs. Tanning occurs when the skin is exposed to ultraviolet ( UV ) rays from the sun or tanning beds, which causes genetic damage to the skin’s outer layer. Following that, the skin attempts to prevent further injury or damage by producing melanin to prevent further damage from sun rays, which causes us to tan.

Of course, we all want perfect shiny glowy skin, but we have to go out in the sun and do our jobs, so this cannot be changed. What can be changed, however, are our habits, which can be prevented by using cures that prevent sun damage to our skin.

Don’t we all forget to apply sunscreen to our skin before going out? At some point, everyone does. This can result in tanning. So, let’s look at some remedies and habits for removing or preventing tanning.

Gram flour + honey mask

Have you ever eaten gram flour? Isn’t it delicious? It’s a lot of fun for me. But did you know that gram flour, when combined with honey and curd, can be used as a detainer? If not, let me tell you about a simple homemade de-tanning mask that will help you get rid of that stubborn tan.

All you need is gram flour in the amount you require. Add curd to make a thick paste-like consistency, and a little honey to taste. And there you have it, the de tanner is ready!!

These three magical ingredients contain antioxidants, natural acids, and enzymes that help reduce sun-induced skin inflammation, fight bacteria, heal skin, and reduce pigmentation.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil is also inexpensive and effective as a de-tanner. It has skin healing properties as well as moisturising properties. However, keep in mind that it should be used at night for the best results and not during the day because it can be reactive to the sun.

Massage coconut oil into tanned areas gently before going to bed, and the tanning will fade gradually.

Scrub

Scrubbing is beneficial to your skin because it removes dead cells from the skin’s outer layer. And, as we all know, tanning causes skin damage on the outside. So you get my point, don’t you? We’ll scrub off the tanning with any kind of scrubber, store-bought or homemade.

Coffee, walnuts, rock salt, and any oil can be used to make homemade scrubbers, but coconut oil is the best. All you have to do is combine the scrub granules with the oil, massage it in before bathing, and then wash it off. You’re finished.

Along with these, always remember to apply sunscreen people.
